Martin Auctions conducted a highly competitive online auction, attracting key buyers from around the country, resulting in a high clearance rate and better than expected prices. In addition, two key assets were successfully sold after auction in an open negotiation process with the bidders.
The client was extremely happy with the overall result and noted that prices achieved were higher than previously achieved on similar units with a prior agent.
